At Total we start with a one-on-one clinical Pilates assessment which is booked in by our reception staff at a time that works for you. We take a detailed history including past injuries or surgeries and conduct a though assessment of your joint mobility, movement patterns and strength alongside using our ultra sound machine to assess your core muscles. We discuss your goals and offer personalised programs for both our mat and equipment classes.

Our clinical equipment class is ideal for injury rehabilitation where more specific exercise prescription is required. Our equipment studio consists of a reformer, trapeze table and split chair box and Pilates arc. The classes are fully supervised by qualified clinicians to ensure the best results. There are a maximum of 3 people in the equipment classes with each person following their own individualised program with the assistance and guidance of the therapist.
Suited to young teenagers in need of postural re-training and improved core strength, balance, and flexibility. We focus on injury prevention for the adolescent spine and improved sports performance.
We offer one-on-one sessions with a qualified clinical physiotherapist to address specific needs. 30min or 1 hr sessions are available.
We offer 1 hr continuation of your individual program, with a maximum of 2 clients per instructor.
A rebate is available for clinical exercise classes on most private health funds. Please check with your fund to determine your full rebate amount.
