Emily has been practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist since 2017. Her most recent role was in a combined Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology clinic, where she worked closely with Physiotherapists and other allied health professionals. She completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at UNSW in 2015.
Emily passionately believes that a multidisciplinary approach to treatment provides the best quality patient care. She understands that through appropriate exercise prescription, education and lifestyle modifications, exercise becomes a powerful tool to improve cognitive, physical and mental health. Emily has an interest in long term management of musculoskeletal, metabolic and mental health conditions, through exercise, education and lifestyle modification.
Emily is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist.
Emily has a diverse sporting background, ranging from competitive dance, football and her current favourite, netball. She loves giving new sports and hobbies a try and is always up for a challenging workout.
