Laura’s evidence-based treatment approach begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify the underlying causes of a person’s condition. She combines hands-on manual therapy with targeted exercise rehabilitation, movement retraining, education, and self-management strategies to achieve lasting outcomes. Laura is committed to providing compassionate, personalised care and ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and confident throughout their rehabilitation.
Laura commonly sees patients for:
• Women’s pelvic health, including pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related pelvic concerns, and continence management.
• Pre and postnatal care, including birth preparation education, pregnancy exercise programs, pelvic floor rehabilitation, postnatal recovery, and guidance for a safe return to exercise following pregnancy and birth.
• Musculoskeletal conditions, including cervicogenic headaches, neck pain, postural pain, pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain, and a wide variety of movement and functional concerns.
• Clinical exercise rehabilitation, including individualised programs and supervised exercise classes to improve strength, movement, and long-term function.
