Experienced Hand Physiotherapist Jane Leathwood provides treatment to areas of the hand and upper limb.

With 27 bones and 42 muscles, the hand and wrist provide us with a number of vital functions for day-to-day life. We use our hands constantly in our daily tasks, from holding a knife and fork, to opening a door or using the phone. It is also used for gestures and forms part of our personality.

So when the hand is not operating correctly it results in significant problems.

Our goals for you are to restore hand function, reduce pain, strengthen and stabilise, and teach you how to manage your condition through advice, education, and home programs.
