Functional Fitness Classes

The Functional Fitness class is aimed at helping you function at your best for as long as you can, working on cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, agility and balance. Classes run in a circuit style for an hour with a maximum of 5 participants per session including higher intensity intervals and equipment such as free weights, medicine balls, cardio machines and balance mats. The class is dynamic, with a high rotation of challenging movements to keep your brain and body stimulated. Anyone is welcome as exercises can be tailored to your capacity and function.
