Are you worried about your child’s risk of injury when exercising or playing sport?
Is your child recovering from injury and wanting to regain strength and fitness?
Would you like to improve your child’s balance, coordination, posture and muscular strength in a fun, group setting?
Would you like your child to know the correct exercise technique and conditioning principles that are essential to growing up free of injury and chronic pain?
Are they engaging in gym-based training or weight training and wanting to learn correct technique and training principals to enable them to minimise risk of injury?
Participants are assessed individually across a variety of physical fitness components such as balance, flexibility, coordination, strength and cardiovascular fitness to identify areas of strength and weakness.
Following this, participants are given individualised exercise programs each week through varying focus areas that will build your child’s capacity and improve their confidence in a fun and engaging environment so they can be at their best every day.
Class times: Tuesdays at 4:00pm and Fridays at 5:00pm.
Cost: Casual classes $50 each OR 10 pass is $450. Health fund rebates available.
