Chloe’s evidence-based treatment approach combines comprehensive assessment with individualised exercise prescription to improve strength, fitness and function. She incorporates repetition maximum (RM) strength testing and fitness and heart health testing to guide rehabilitation, support return to work and optimise long-term health outcomes. Chloe commonly sees patients for:

• Osteoporosis and osteopenia, helping improve bone health, strength, balance and reduce the risk of falls.

• Diabetes, cardiac conditions and other chronic health conditions through targeted exercise programs that improve overall health, fitness and quality of life.

• Rehabilitation following joint replacement surgery, supporting patients to regain strength, mobility and confidence after orthopaedic procedures.

• Musculoskeletal injuries, including back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain to reduce pain and restore movement reducing the risk of future injury.

• Return-to-work rehabilitation, including functional capacity and tolerance assessments to support a safe and successful return to employment.

Outside the clinic, Chloe is a dedicated athlete who competes in surfboat rowing with Collaroy Surf Life Saving Club and was also a competitive swimmer for 10 years. Her own experience with high-level sport and injury gives her a genuine understanding of the physical demands of training, competition and recovery, allowing her to relate closely to patients striving to achieve their own health and performance goals.
