Julia commonly sees patients for:

  • Running and sports injuries, including exercise-related injuries, return-to-running rehabilitation and return-to-sport rehabilitation, with a focus on restoring function and supporting a safe return to activity.
  • Tendinopathies, including Achilles, patellar and gluteal tendinopathy, with rehabilitation focused on improving strength, function and tolerance to activity.
  • Neck and back pain, including lower back pain and spinal conditions affecting movement, work, sport and everyday activities.
  • Musculoskeletal conditions and joint pain, including overuse injuries, arthritis-related limitations and movement dysfunction.
  • Post-operative rehabilitation, supporting recovery of strength, mobility and confidence following surgery.
  • Exercise-based rehabilitation and injury prevention, with individualised programs designed to improve physical capacity, build resilience and reduce the risk of recurrent injury.

Julia is passionate about helping patients understand their symptoms, take an active role in their recovery and build the knowledge and confidence to manage their physical health over the long term.

Outside the clinic, Julia is a keen runner, tennis player and qualified yoga teacher. She has also volunteered as part of the medical team at the London Marathon, giving her practical insight into the physical demands of endurance events, training and maintaining an active lifestyle.
