She works with active adults, adolescent athletes, runners and post-surgical patients to reduce pain, restore movement and safely return to sport, work and everyday activities while helping to minimise the risk of future injury. Samantha commonly sees patients for:

• Sports injuries, including acute muscle and ligament injuries, running-related injuries and return-to-sport rehabilitation.

• ACL rehabilitation, knee injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and lower limb strengthening following surgery.

• Shoulder pain, shoulder instability, upper limb injuries and rehabilitation following sporting injuries.

• Arthritis and joint pain.

• Lower limb pain, including hip, knee, ankle and foot conditions affecting mobility and everyday function.

• Tendinopathies, including Achilles tendinopathy, patellar tendinopathy and other overuse injuries.

• Movement-related musculoskeletal conditions affecting work, sport and everyday activities.

• Exercise rehabilitation, injury prevention and personalised rehabilitation programs to optimise recovery and long-term performance.

Outside the clinic, Samantha enjoys running, reformer Pilates, horse riding, jiu-jitsu and learning to surf, giving her a genuine understanding of the physical demands of sport and movement.
