Sarah takes a holistic approach to injury management of the entire body, with a particular interest in neck, shoulder, upper back and ribcage injuries. She also has special interest in the assessment and management of scoliosis.

Sarah studied at the University of Sydney, completing a Bachelor of Health Science and Human Movement, followed by a Masters of Physiotherapy. Having worked in the Royal North Shore Hospital Fracture Clinic and Hand Trauma unit, Sarah has special insight into the management of upper limb injuries including fractures. In addition to this, Sarah also worked in respiratory wards, so has experience in management of lung conditions including pneumonia and bronchiectasis, which require chest physiotherapy.

She uses a combination of hands on manual therapy, dry needling, exercise and postural re-education to treat her patients.

Outside of the clinic you may see Sarah walking her dog around the Northern Beaches, stand-pp paddle boarding, or playing touch football.
