Back Fit Program

BackFit Classes

Our BackFit Program is an exercise-based program designed to help individuals safely return to the gym and exercise following a back injury. ⁠

This program is run by Exercise physiologists Nathan McGrath and Jemma Hilliger and consists of an initial exercise physiology assessment, followed by eight group exercise classes which are run weekly.⁠


These classes are inclusive to resistance, cardiovascular, strengthening and mobility exercises, getting you ready to return to the gym.⁠

These classes are run in a small group setting (max 4 participants) for 60 minutes and are COVID safe. ⁠
