Our BackFit Program is an exercise-based program designed to help individuals safely return to the gym and exercise following a back injury.
This program is run by Exercise physiologists Nathan McGrath and Jemma Hilliger and consists of an initial exercise physiology assessment, followed by eight group exercise classes which are run weekly.
These classes are inclusive to resistance, cardiovascular, strengthening and mobility exercises, getting you ready to return to the gym.
These classes are run in a small group setting (max 4 participants) for 60 minutes and are COVID safe.
