Classes are deliberately kept small, with a maximum of four participants, allowing your Exercise Physiologist to provide individual attention and adapt exercises to suit your ability.
Exercises include both sitting and standing activities and are designed to progressively challenge your balance, strength and mobility in a safe environment.
BalanceFit can be particularly helpful for people who don’t feel safe or comfortable exercising in a larger group setting.
A maximum of 4 participants provides a supportive environment with plenty of individual attention.
