Total Physio Welcomes Eloise Cook

You might notice a new face around Total Physio the next time you visit.

We’d like to welcome physiotherapist Eloise Cook to the team at Total Physiotherapy Manly Vale. Eloise joins us with extensive knowledge in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with a special interest in the treatment of backs and necks alongside sporting injuries.

Eloise completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the Australian Catholic University. She is currently working towards finalizing her Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. She has previously worked in a Sports & Spinal clinic which has enhanced her passion for treating low back and neck pain alongside lower limb injuries. She has her Personal Training and Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach Qualifications which when combined with her experience in clinical Pilates enables Eloise to design specific rehab programs to assist clients return to full activity following injury. Eloise is currently working with a team of semi-elite athletes as the Head Physiotherapist for Northern Tigers Women’s First Grade Soccer.

Eloise will assess your current issue and uses manual therapy, dry needling and exercise-based home programs to assist your return to full activity.

In her spare time, she is doing anything active – you will probably catch her walking or running along Manly Beach or the Corso!
