Using light weights and graded resistance bands to facilitate muscle work, the classes aim to build strength and balance and can help in the management of osteoporosis, arthritis, knee & shoulder problems, post & pre-operative joint replacements and back & neck pain. Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card and major health fund rebates are available.
