Our 1 hour mat classes have a maximum of five participants per class and run concurrently with the school term (10weeks). These classes encompass a combination of mat exercises and the use of props (e.g. Swiss balls, foam rollers, rings and therabands).
Beginner and advanced classes, focus on core stability and postural strengthening exercises.
Designed to assist your body’s recovery after giving birth. This class targets abdominal muscles including recovery of abdominal separation (diastasic rectus), core stability, pelvic floor muscles, flexibility, functional movement to cope with the physical demands of caring for a baby and prepare for return to higher impact exercise.
Classes are suitable for women from 6 weeks after the birth.
Same as the above post natal class but you can bring along your baby.
Limited space for prams but baby is welcome to stay in capsule or lie next to you.
Mat based exercise class utilizing small props modified for pregnancy.
Suitable throughout pregnancy to help maintain a strong body.
Includes a short educational component regarding maintaining a strong body and mind throughout pregnancy
Suited to young teenagers in need of postural re-training and improved core strength, balance and flexibility. We focus on injury prevention for the adolescent spine and improved sports performance.
Circuit Classes (Functional Fitness)
Suited to anyone who has already done mat or equipment Pilates. Rotate between mat, reformer and prop exercises.
