Our new BalanceFit Class is a gentle exercise class, in a small group setting (maximum 4 participants), run by Physiotherapist Gunda Lehmann.⁠ ⁠

The class emphasis is on balance, strengthening and mobility exercises, consisting of exercises in both sitting and standing positions.⁠ ⁠

Our BalanceFit Class is ideal for participants who are not feeling safe or comfortable in a bigger group setting. ⁠ ⁠

Classes run for a duration of 45 minutes. Our classes are COVID Safe.⁠ ⁠
