Our new BalanceFit Class is a gentle exercise class, in a small group setting (maximum 4 participants), run by Physiotherapist Gunda Lehmann.
The class emphasis is on balance, strengthening and mobility exercises, consisting of exercises in both sitting and standing positions.
Our BalanceFit Class is ideal for participants who are not feeling safe or comfortable in a bigger group setting.
Classes run for a duration of 45 minutes. Our classes are COVID Safe.
